JUST SOME QUICK things to note TO ASSIST IN YOUR STAY
OFFICE HOURS: The office is open from 7:30am to 7:00pm. For after-hours assistance, there is an emergency bell located outside the office or you can contact 0498 392 719.
KIOSK: A mini-mart, with basic groceries is located across the road at the service station.
PETS: We welcome pets to our park but ask that you do not take them inside our cabins, amenities, playground, or BBQ areas. We would appreciate that you clean up after them, you keep them under some kind of control - a leash, or line, or pen - and that you minimise their noise.
WI-FI: Our park has free Wi-Fi, and the strongest signal can be found at the BBQ behind the amenities block labelled A1 on the map over the page. For access details, including the password, please refer to the welcome text message sent to your mobile after check-in.
RESPECTING YOUR NEIGHBOURS: We ask all park users to observe quiet time from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Any behaviour that we deem is antisocial behaviour, will result in you being told to leave the park, and no refunds will be given.
CHILDREN’S KARTS BIKES, SCOOTERS & SKATEBOARDS: The park has pedal karts, which can be hired from the office during daylight hours. We ask that riders wear helmets and that they understand that they ride at their own risk. Bikes, scooters and skateboards only be used during daylight hours, and should not be used in walking areas, such as outside the amenities, on footpaths and in the BBQ areas.
LAUNDRY: There is a laundry on the end of the amenities block marked A1 on your map, and you are welcome to drive up from the riverside sites. Washing machines are $5 per wash, which takes about 35 minutes. Dryers are $1 per ten-minute cycle, and will usually take 3 or 4 cycles to dry properly. Payment can be made by cash or via pay app.
POOL: The pool is open from 7:30am to 10:00pm. Children under the age of 12 need to be supervised by an adult at all times. No alcohol or glass inside the pool area. No running, bombing or splashing.
BBQ AREAS: We ask that you turn off the BBQ when you finish cooking and leave the area clean and tidy. Please ensure children are supervised around BBQ plates as these may be hot.
CAR WASHING: Subject to water restrictions, cars may be washed on grassed areas using a bucket. Car repairs and servicing are not to be undertaken in the park.
VISITORS: Whilst we welcome your visitors to the park, we request that they report to the office on arrival, and that you ensure they abide by the park rules and behave responsibly.
