BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Balance
The balance of the tariff is payable at the time of arrival by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card. No personal cheques will be accepted. Any balances outstanding after 30 days will incur a $30 late fee. Balances still outstanding at 60 days will also be liable for all legal and debt recovery costs.
Requests
Whilst management will do its utmost to accommodate your requests, it reserves the right to relocate your booking to another similar cabin or site should circumstances arise that warrant such a change.
Refunds
No refunds are given for early departure, and any payments made, including deposits or tariff balances, are not transferrable.
Pets
Management welcomes pets on our Powered and Unpowered sites. They are not welcome inside our accommodation or in the amenities blocks, the camp kitchen, BBQs and the playground.
A specific pet policy operates during the Country Music Festival in January.
Cancellations
Cancellations are to be made in writing, either via an email (preferred) or SMS message (if on the road).
Cancellations made at least eight (8) days prior to arrival, will be entitled to a refund, less a 15% or $25 (whichever is the lesser amount) administration fee.
Cancellations made between one (1) and seven (7) days prior to arrival will be entitled to either:
- a refund less a $25 administration fee; OR
- a full credit of the deposit to be held against your name for use within 12 months of the date of arrival
All monies will be refunded back into the account or credit card that was used to pay the original pre-payment amount.
No monies will be refunded for inclement or adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be given for early departure or late arrivals.

Austin Tourist Park respects your right to privacy and this policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information. “Personal information” is information we hold which is identifiable as being about you.

We do not provide your information to third parties, except that we may provide your information to our business partners who assist us in the provision of our services to you.

We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we are not liable for any unauthorised access to this information.

You can access and update your personal information by contacting us on bookings@austintouristpark.com.au. We may charge a reasonable administration fee for this access.
7. COMPLAINTS ABOUT PRIVACY
If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to send in details of your complaints to 581 Armidale Road (New England Highway) Tamworth NSW 2340.
We take complaints very seriously and will respond shortly after receiving written notice of your complaint.
8. CHANGES
Please be aware that we may change this Privacy Policy in the future. The revised versions will be uploaded onto our website, so please check back from time to time.

When you visit our website
When you visit our website, we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.

As is very common for companies, we use cookies on our website. Cookies are very small files which a website uses to identify you when you come back to the site and to store details about your use of the site. Cookies are not malicious programs that access or damage your computer. We use cookies to improve the experience of people using our website.
